بعض الأسباب التي توجب للزوجة الحق في طلب الطلاق الخلعي 
إذا كرهت المرأة أخلاق زوجها ، كاتصافه بالشدة وكثرة ‏الغضب وعدم احترامها
  إذا هجرها هجرا طويلا يضر الزوجة ‏
إذا كرهت خِلقته كعيب فيه ، أو قبح شديد، أو نقص في حواسه .‏
إذا كان تاركا للفرائض الإسلامية أو جاحدا لها أو منكرا لها أو مستهزءا بها.
إذا كان يفعل المحرمات ‏كالزنا ومعقارة المخدرات
إذا كان يأكل أموال الزوجة بدون إذنها 
إذا كان يسرق أغراض الناس .
إذا كان يعتدي على الزوجة بالضرب والسب والشتم
إذا كان لا ينفق على الزوجة مع قدرته المالية
إذا لم يعطها حقها من المعاشرة الجنسية  بما يعفها
إذا دأب على النيل من أهلها بالسب والشتم والتحقير وعدم الإحترام 
فلكل ما سبق لها أن تطلب الطلاق الخلعي الشرعي  للضرر

Some of the reasons why the wife has the right to ask for a khula’ divorce
If the woman hates her husband’s morals, such as his harshness, anger and disrespect for her
  If he deserts her for a long time, he will harm the wife
If you hate his creation as a flaw in him, or extreme ugliness, or a deficiency in his senses
If he had abandoned the Islamic obligations, denied them, denied them, or mocked them.
If he does taboos such as fornication and drug abuse
If he eats the wife's money without her permission
If he steals people's things.
If he assaults the wife by beating, insulting and cursing
If he does not spend on the wife with his financial ability
If he does not give her the right to have sexual intercourse with what excuses her
If he continues to insult her family by insulting, cursing, belittling and disrespecting her
For all of the above, she has to ask for a legitimate khul’ divorce on the grounds of harm
